Made from heavy duty steel, the Q-assist Drop Side Bed Rail is designed to reduce the risk of night time falls from bed, providing peace of mind overnight.
The rail is also easy to use and can be quickly dropped down to facilitate overnight bathroom trips. The Q-assist Drop Side Bed Rail also promotes independence, with the fully height adjustable railing able to be gripped by the patient to facilitate comfortable repositioning within their bed.
Designed to fit most beds, the Q-assist Drop Side Bed Rail simply slides between mattress and bed base with an easy to use, yet secure, twist lock clip system. When not required, the rail can be quickly uninstalled and easily stored away.
Features a safe working load of 150kg. While the Q-assist Drop Side Bed Rail suits most mattresses and bed frames it cannot be used with the following: waterbeds, lightweight or foam mattresses, some slatted bed bases. The product is also only to be used when the bed is flat, it cannot be used where the bedhead is in an elevated position. For all usage information refer to the Safe Use document.
